When should I arrive?
We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes before the performance start time. This gives you plenty of time to find parking, scan your tickets, find your seat, and read the program notes.
Can I get a refund for my tickets?
All ticket sales are final and non-refundable. However, we are often able to exchange your tickets for another concert, and you may be able to donate your ticket back to the RDSO for a tax receipt if you can’t attend.
How do I access accessible seating?
We recommend contacting the box office directly when purchasing accessible tickets to ensure we can reserve the most appropriate seating and accommodate any necessary assistance.
Can I take pictures or record the music?
Unauthorized audio or video recording and flash photography are strictly prohibited due to copyright and the distraction they cause. You may take photos before the concert, during intermission, or during the final bows, but please do so without flash.
Are student discounts available?
Yes! We offer free tickets for students of all ages (elementary through post-secondary) through our Seats for Students program – contact your music teacher to see if your school is signed up. We also offer Youth tickets at all of our Main Series concerts, available to anyone 30 years old and under.
